New Builds

The Government has set targets for newbuild housing to be zero carbon from 2016. As we approach this ambitious standard, design teams and housebuilders will be required to deliver new housing projects to increasing levels of energy efficiency as the Building Regulations ramp up over the next five years.

We have worked with a wide range of partners in the housing and supply chain industry to research and develop best practice solutions for low carbon design and construction.

We are an accredited Warmcel insulation specialists, this insulation product range actually has a "less tha zero" carbon footprint and exceeds CfSH and Part L regulations making it ideal for new-builds or retro-fits for individuals looking at reducing their carbon footprint.
